As a statewide agency, the North Carolina Training and Technical Assistance (NCTTA) Center provides workforce development, training, and technical assistance opportunities to substance abuse prevention stakeholders.

The North Carolina Training and Technical Assistance Center helps to establish a foundation of knowledge, specialized expertise and skill-building developing effective substance abuse prevention practices. The NCTTA supports service providers and professionals with the planning and achievement of their agency and workforce development goals.
